I am a USA Track and Field Certified coach and a Road Runners of America certified distance coach. I can get you to your first 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon or any distance. I have trained beginners from the couch to elites to sub- 3:00 marathons and podiums.

-Strength Training for your goals
